Power Automate Specialist

Duration: 6-12 months Location: Potters Bar

We’re seeking an experienced Power Automate Consultant to support our client’s transition from JET Reports to automated reporting using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform .

The role focuses on analysing existing JET reports, mapping data flows, and rebuilding reporting processes integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse existing JET Reports and data structures.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Query .
• Build efficient ETL processes and integrate data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reporting accuracy and usability.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure data integrity and recommend best practices for automation governance.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience designing and implementing Power Automate solutions for business reporting or data integration.
• Strong working knowledge of Power Query and related Power Platform tools.
• In-depth understanding of JET Reports .
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (experience with Evision is highly advantageous).
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (highly desirable)
