For the new opening of a 4*S resort on Lake Garda, we are looking for a:

REVENUE MANAGER

Main responsibilities

• Definition and management of pricing and dynamic pricing for various products and services.
• Study of booking curves, seasonality, calendar, capacity, and purchasing behavior.
• Monitoring of KPI, development of forecast, dashboards, and analysis models.
• Management of prices, availability, promotions, and distribution channel mix.
• Improvement of conversion, booking lead time, and revenue per visitor.
• Identification of commercial opportunities and segmentation of the offering.
• Progressive construction of the hotel's Revenue strategy.
• Interaction with Management, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce.

Requirements

• Concrete experience in Revenue Management, preferably in hospitality, resort, leisure, or travel.
• Analytical and data-driven approach, with strong mastery of pricing, forecasting, and optimization.
• Knowledge of RMS, PMS, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Ability to transform data into commercial actions and strategic decisions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Employment terms

• RAL: 50,000 - 60,000 €
• CCNL: CCNL Terme
• Level: 2nd level
• Benefits: to be evaluated based on the selected candidate
• Bonuses: bonus equal to 15% of the RAL upon achievement of objectives
• Work location: Province of Verona.
