For an important Italian company with international reach, operating in the world of cyber security, we are looking for a:

Senior Communication Specialist

The resource, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communication, will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to the Group's communication at both national and international levels, with particular attention to technical content and brand identity. The role involves direct management of activities and the coordination of external agencies and partners, combining consolidated professional experience with an operational approach.

Main responsibilities:

• Define the corporate editorial plan for Social Media channels in order to respect the standards and guidelines of Corporate Identity, Brand Identity, and Brand Architecture;
• Oversee the creation of textual and multimedia content: articles, newsletters, press releases, case studies, white papers, scripts for videos/webinars, institutional and commercial presentations;
• Oversee the development and evolution of the corporate website and published communications, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous updates;
• Ensure consistency between channels, assets, and communications;
• Design and implement, in line with the Communication Plan, corporate and positioning campaigns on cyber/tech topics, also producing supporting materials;
• Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and any suppliers/agencies for planning and activations on different channels (digital, events, PR where applicable);
• Ensure the knowledge and adoption of communication services/processes by internal functions, gathering needs and translating them into concrete projects;
• Design and manage internal communication initiatives, also coordinating with the HR department, with the aim of promoting people engagement, strengthening corporate culture, and ensuring effective and consistent communication within the organization;
• Coordinate and organize internal corporate events.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing and Communication, Economics, or related fields
• 5-8 years of experience gained both in agency contexts (2-3 years) and in corporate contexts, preferably in the tech and/or cybersecurity field (3-5 years);
• In-depth knowledge of the Cyber and Technology world (language, trends, market logic; ability to interact with technical interlocutors and translate complex content);
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques (SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising);
• Familiarity with web analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and design (e.g., Illustrator, CANVA, Power Point);
• Proactive and collaborative approach with various company departments;
• Solid knowledge of both traditional and digital communication;
• Ability to work towards objectives and KPIs (awareness, engagement, content performance);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1) written and spoken.

Employment terms:

Applicable CCNL: Commercio Level I or II; Economic range: €40,000/50,000 gross/year, including a variable component of up to 10% of the RAL; Meal vouchers; Corporate welfare; Training: 48 annual hours of English language.
