Engineering professionals (excluding electrotechnology)

Our Client is a solid industrial company specialized in the design and realization of 'turnkey' solutions for various sectors, with a consolidated positioning on custom orders and a strong focus on quality, timing, and executive reliability.

To strengthen the Engineering area, we have been tasked with searching for an Electrical Project Engineer. The resource, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, will be responsible for the electrical design of machinery and plants on an order basis, ensuring consistency with customer specifications and with time, cost, and quality constraints. They will operate in close collaboration with Project Manager, Site Supervisor, and Buyer, contributing concretely to the technical success of the orders and to the proactive management of critical issues throughout the entire project cycle (from definition to commissioning).

Main responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze project inputs (contract, technical specifications, customer requirements)
• Set up basic engineering (single-line diagrams, network schemes, device list, consumer list) in line with specifications
• Draft technical purchase specifications for materials and components
• Manage the release of bills of materials and coordinate coding/system entry to activate the MRP
• Perform technical evaluations of suppliers and related follow-up
• Identify critical components and define their specifications for purchasing scouting
• Coordinate and verify the design carried out by external firms
• Promptly report critical issues to the Project Manager (impacts on time/costs)
• Prepare periodic reports on design time and costs
• Define assembly sequences for manuals, highlighting critical procedures
• Support assembly and startup, ensuring technical continuity
• Contribute to the post-testing technical review and to continuous improvement initiatives

Required technical skills:

• Diploma and/or Degree in the field of Electrotechnology/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in the design of electrical systems for complex infrastructures/plants on an order basis
• Use of AutoCAD and/or EPLAN (pre-planning and basic engineering)
• Knowledge of Caneco BT or equivalent software (e.g., Ampere)
• Basic knowledge of PLC and/or Drives
• English B2

Work location:

Offer:

Permanent employment. Indicative RAL: €45,000-€50,000 gross per year.
