For our client company, an industry leader, we are looking for a:

SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

The sought-after figure has solid experience in administrative law and will join the Legal Department reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, supporting business activities in a highly regulated context.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist legal advice on administrative law to various corporate functions
• Support authorization processes, accreditation, and regulatory compliance connected to business activities
• Cooperate with Universities to ensure operations are consistent with applicable legal principles
• Contribute to maintaining adequate administrative compliance standards for the Group
• Draft, negotiate, and review conventions, agreements, legal opinions, and other administrative documents
• Support external law firms where necessary in litigation management
• Monitor the evolution of relevant regulations, assessing their impacts and supporting the implementation of related adjustments
• Provide assistance in administrative procedures and relations with the Public Administration

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Law
• Preferable qualification to practice as a lawyer
• At least 5 years of experience gained at top-tier law firms and/or structured companies, with consolidated expertise in administrative law within the university sector
• Excellent knowledge of the regulations governing relations with the Public Administration and administrative procedures
• Experience in managing administrative litigation
• Excellent drafting skills for legal opinions, contracts, and legal documentation
• Management of TAR appeals or litigation involving students Untitrust Agicom Legge Bernini Sanatoria
• Good knowledge of the English language

We offer:

Hiring with a permanent contract. Expected salary: between €60,000 and €70,000 gross/year + MBO from 10% to 20% of the RAL.
