Our Client is a major company operating in the textile sector.

To strengthen the Sales function, we have been commissioned to search for the following professional figure: Export Area Manager - Textile

The resource, in coordination with the Commercial Management, will be included in a development path aimed at progressively assuming responsibilities for the assigned markets, with particular attention to foreign markets.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of the turnover budget, sales margin, and differentiated commercial policies per market
• Development and monitoring of sales objectives (product mix, Countries, customers, volumes, turnover, and margin)
• Coordination of back-office activities
• Management of relationships with the agency network
• Promotional initiatives (trade fairs, events, and dedicated commercial actions)
• Collaborating with Operations to ensure the service standards agreed upon with the customer

Required technical skills:

• Degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in the commercial field; background in the textile sector is preferable
• Fluent knowledge of the English language and a second language, preferably German

Managerial skills and soft skills:

• Orientation towards results and margin, with a data-driven approach to objectives
• Negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with customers and the sales network
• Problem solving and the ability to work transversally with technical and industrial functions

Work location:

Veneto

Hiring with an indefinite-term contract. Indicative RAL €50,000-€60,000 gross per year, defined based on experience and skills, variable MBO of approximately 10% plus company car. Classification and further conditions will be defined based on seniority and consistency with the position requirements
