Responsibilities and attributions Proven experience of at least 2 years in the function of ICT technical support through CTPS or signed employment contracts. Adaptability

Clear and effective communication (oral and written) Willingness to learn new technologies Dealing with high-pressure situations and solving problems under stress Patience Proactivity Requirements and qualifications At least 1 of the requirements below in the ICT area: Completed high school technical course Completed or ongoing higher education (with at least 50% completed) Completed post-graduation (Lato Sensu or Stricto Sensu) HDI Desktop Support Technician ITIL fundamentals with a minimum of 10 class hours Basic network configuration Hardware
