Make outbound calls to Australian customers and prospects. Engage customers professionally and confidently over the phone. Identify customer needs and determine appointment opportunities. Book, confirm, and manage qualified appointments. Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively. Maintain a professional and customer-focused telephone manner. Accurately record customer information, call outcomes, and appointment details. Meet individual and team appointment-setting targets and KPIs. Work independently while contributing positively to the team Represent our Australian client professionally during every customer interaction.

Qualifications/Requirements: At least 3 years of experience working on an Australian account, specifically in appointment setting. Previous outbound appointment-setting experience is highly preferred. Experience communicating directly with Australian customers or clients. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Professional, confident, and engaging telephone manner. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Results-oriented, reliable, and accountable. Comfortable working with performance targets and KPI Willing to work according to the Australian client's business hours

About the Role NextOffice Inc. is looking for a professional, confident, and results-driven AU Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team and support one of our Australian clients. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to Australian customers or prospects, engaging them in professional conversations, identifying their needs, handling objections, and successfully booking qualified appointments. The ideal candidate has solid experience handling an Australian account, particularly in outbound appointment setting, and is comfortable communicating with Australian customers over the phone.
