HR Generalist

A leading Printing & Packaging company is looking for a hands-on and responsible HR Generalist to join its team in Moneeb, Giza .

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day HR operation, can deal confidently with employees, and is ready to take ownership of key HR activities.

2+ year of experience in HR. Hands-on experience in payroll, recruitment, interviews, and personnel . Experience dealing with blue-collar employees is highly preferred. Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a strong plus. Strong personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks. Good English communication skills.
