DS Automation Engineer

About the role Responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the DeltaV (DCS) to ensure system reliability, availability, and GMP compliance. You will support system lifecycle activities, including change control, deviation investigation, CAPA, qualification/validation, and GMP release to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity. Key responsibilities Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the DeltaV (DCS) to ensure system reliability, availability, and GMP compliance

Operate and maintain DS automation equipment, including UF/DF systems, bioreactors, SoloVPE, LabX, and other process control and analytical systems

Administer DS computerized systems, including user account management, periodic access review, data backup and recovery, and system time synchronization

Support system lifecycle activities, including change control, deviation investigation, CAPA, qualification/validation, and GMP release

Provide technical support for manufacturing operations and troubleshoot automation issues

Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability

About you Familiar with Emerson DeltaV System

Familiar with network, domain and other related service

Familiar with Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11 requirements

Familiar with DS process and equipment

5 or more years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical/biomedical industry

Bachelors Degree in biomedical or pharmaceutical.
