Product Manager, electrical accessories
Do you know electrical products from both a technical and commercial perspective? Would you like to influence the assortment of a wide product area, the development of sales, and the types of solutions we offer to our professional customers?
We are looking for two electrical accessories Product Managers for the companies of the Würth Group. One of the positions is located at Würth Oy in Riihimäki and the other at Würth Elektronik Oy in Nurmijärvi.
At Würth Oy, you will be responsible for a wide electrical accessories product area that serves several customer groups. The work combines assortment and product development, technical expertise, and close cooperation with sales. You will have the opportunity to influence, among other things, products, pricing, and sourcing locations, as well as support sales and customers with your technical expertise.
At Würth Elektronik Oy, you will take extensive responsibility for the industrial electrical product assortment and its commercial development. You will develop the assortment and supplier cooperation, support and train sales, and actively participate in the development of sales. In this role, you will have a broad influence on the activities of the product area and will be part of the sales leadership team.
In both positions, you will be supported by the Würth Group's extensive procurement and supplier network as well as a strong sales organization. The work combines independent tasks, cooperation with sales and customers, and tasks requiring precision in product management.
What do we expect from you?
For this position, you need technical expertise in electrical products as well as commercial understanding and an interest in developing sales. Your background could be, for example, in technical sales, product or product group management, or another expert role in the electrical field – so you do not necessarily need to be a finished Product Manager.
Additionally, you need an independent and systematic work approach, good English language skills, proficiency in Office programs, and a readiness to travel within Finland.
Education in the electrical field provides a good foundation for the position, but strong practical experience can also replace education. Experience in procurement, product or assortment management, or supplier cooperation is an advantage in the role.
