WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
JOB CONTEXT:
You will join our MARKET & PRODUCT MARKETING DEPARTMENT, within the INSTALLERS HUB, and you will be in charge of steering as well as developing several ranges dedicated to the ELECTRICAL WORKS, PLUMBING, and AIR CONDITIONING markets. You will work in close collaboration with all our internal teams, as well as with our international partners.
On the agenda: FULL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT, LISTING OF NEW PRODUCTS, EXCHANGE WITH SUPPLIERS, CUSTOMER MEETINGS, and much more... A fascinating job, rich in interactions and opportunities!
This position is opening as a replacement following internal mobility. The "Installers" team, composed of two market managers and one marketing manager, IS EAGERLY WAITING FOR YOU to build tomorrow's markets together within the division.
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:
- ANALYZE THE MARKET of your ranges: trends, customer needs, and competition.
- STEER AND BOOST YOUR RANGES: development, strategy, and profitability.
- LAUNCH NEW PRODUCTS and create sales and training materials.
- COLLABORATE WITH SUPPLIERS and internal & international teams.
- MONITOR PERFORMANCE and propose concrete actions to achieve objectives.
FIELD TRAVEL APPROXIMATELY A FEW DAYS/MONTHS: customers, trade fairs, suppliers, ... Discovering our markets happens in the field!
YOUR PROFILE
- MINIMUM Bachelor's degree (technical, business, or marketing)
- First experience in a technical, product marketing, or commercial environment
- FLUENT ENGLISH written and spoken (German is a bonus)
- Interested in the WORLD OF ELECTRICITY, SANITARY, AND/OR AIR CONDITIONING
- Curious, autonomous, and organized, you know how to move from strategy to concrete action
