What we expect from you

Your role:

The Control Tower Pilot supervises and coordinates warehouse logistics operations in real time using the WMS (SAP eWM). They monitor incoming and outgoing flows and stock movements, release unprocessed orders and tasks, ensure deadline compliance, and contribute to the overall fluidity of preparation. They analyze logistics indicators, act as a point of contact between different departments (procurement, transport, maintenance, IT) and customer service, report incidents in the WMS, and follow up on their resolution. They participate in continuous improvement and the optimization of the warehouse's physical and IT flows.

Your missions:

  • Monitor incoming and outgoing flows and stock movements in SAP eWM;
  • Identify and release unprocessed orders and tasks;
  • Manage operational priorities in real time and guarantee deadlines;
  • Analyze logistics KPI, optimize flows, and propose corrective actions;
  • Ensure the operational interface with procurement, transport, maintenance, IT, and customer service.

Your profile

Experience in a logistics warehouse and a good mastery of supply chain organization are indispensable to succeed in this position. Mastery of the WMS SAP eWM, reporting tools, as well as the Pack Office is essential. Beyond a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in logistics, Supply Chain, or industrial computing, it is your reactivity, your rigor, your communication skills, and your resistance to stress that will make the difference. A professional level of English (B2) is required; German would be a plus.
