What we expect from you

Your role: Reporting to the specific purchasing manager, your role will be to respond to the various requests of the sales force. You will be in direct contact with several internal departments such as marketing, logistics, quality, or finance departments.

Your missions:

• Identify customer needs.
• Negotiate the best purchasing conditions with suppliers in order to guarantee the best quality/price ratio to customers.
• Develop a panel of suppliers.
• Follow up on customer and supplier orders and ensure compliance with delivery dates.
• Resolve any disputes.

Your profile Having a first experience in a similar position is an asset for success. Mastery of the Office pack, especially EXCEL, and English is essential for the position; German is a plus. Beyond a BAC+3/5 education, it is your analytical capacity and your negotiation skills that will help you stand out. Your interpersonal skills, curiosity, and versatility will also be appreciated qualities for this position.
