TASKS

  • Active sales and consultation regarding mobile, landline, and internet products
  • Creation of individual offers tailored to customer needs
  • Implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns in the shop
  • Processing of customer orders and complaints, including the checkout process and goods receipt

REQUIREMENTS

  • Initial experience in sales or distribution, ideally in the telecommunications sector (e.g., as a Retail Clerk (m/f/d), etc.)
  • Enthusiasm for technology, smartphones, and digital products
