Project Manager - Linear Works Design

Civil Engineer (Ingeniero/a de Caminos, Canales y Puertos), to perform the role of Project Manager for Linear Infrastructures. What will you do with us? At WSP, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the design of linear works in railways. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, provide innovative technical solutions, and manage projects with great national and international impact. Join a team that transforms mobility! Your responsibilities will include leading the design of railway projects in all their phases, from initial planning to final delivery, providing high-value technical solutions and coordinating multidisciplinary teams with a strategic vision. You will be responsible for driving the development of complex projects, integrating innovative proposals and ensuring their technical, economic, and operational viability. Additionally, you will manage the assigned human and material resources, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. What are we looking for in you? We are looking for a Civil Engineer (Ingeniero/a de Caminos, Canales y Puertos) with a solid track record of more than ten years in the drafting of linear works projects, whether in the railway or road sector. It is essential to have a B2 level of English or higher, allowing you to operate fluently in international technical environments. We will especially value direct experience in railway projects —including high speed, conventional railway, or track renewal and improvement actions— as well as proficiency in specific alignment tools such as Ispol, Civil3D or similar and experience in BIM methodology. .
