Your tasks
The Student Support Assistants (Discipline) shall assist the Student Development Team in managing student behaviour, supporting daily operations, and maintaining a safe school environment through the following duties:
- Perform area supervision and walkabouts during stipulated hours to proactively manage student behaviour.
- Assemble and supervise students during assigned consequences (e.g., detention, reflection sessions, and community service), ensuring an orderly and meaningful environment.
- Assist Key Personnel in incident management by conducting preliminary conversations and compiling relevant school records.
- Assist with the facilitation of school events and student development programmes as required.
- Maintain firm professional boundaries and employ a supportive, restorative approach in all interactions with students.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the School Leaders or Key Personnel during stipulated working hours.
