SENIOR MEDICAL CLINICIAN – EMERGENCY MEDICAL DISPATCH

Key Responsibilities Provide clinical guidance for complex emergency medical calls and telephone triage. Support clinicians and call handlers in making timely clinical decisions. Review emergency call recordings, conduct clinical audits and recommend improvements. Conduct medical training and support updates to medical protocols and pre-arrival instructions. Support service quality monitoring and reporting; selected candidates may be appointed Team Lead. Requirements Degree in Nursing. Minimum nursing grade of Senior Staff Nurse 2; Senior Staff Nurse 1 preferred. At least 5 years’ experience in an emergency medicine setting. Existing registration with the Singapore Nursing Board. Strong clinical judgement, communication and computer skills; able to work under pressure.
