To assist the teachers in the preparation of crockery and ingredients for cookery classes. To assist the teachers in the distribution of crockery and ingredients to students during cookery classes. To clean all equipment and crockery items used during cookery lessons and ensure these items are stored appropriately at the end of the working day. To ensure that table-tops and floors are kept clean at the end of each lesson, and at the end of the day. To perform any other duties as assigned by SH/HOD overseeing the department.
