Description Arrival Immigration Baggage Claim Belt Taxi Stand Check in Hall Departure Immigration Departure Gates Passenger Loading Bridge (PLB) Operations: Monitor and record actual in-block time, thumbs up time and time taken to attach PLB(s) to the aircraft. Ramp Operations: Monitor and record resource (including manpower and equipment) level deployed for ramp services. Baggage Operations: Monitor and record resource (Including manpower and equipment) level deployed for baggage services. Record timing of first and last baggage presented on the baggage claim belt from baggage sorting area & to coordinate with terminal observation officers. Remote Bay Operations: Monitor and record time taken to attach passenger steps to the aircraft, time for respective buses to arrive at the aircraft site, time taken for buses to arrive at the terminal, time for the first bag and last bag. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Working days and time: Workplace : 3 days work / 2 Days off Time: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am Working place : T1 to T4 Terminal
