Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain proper filing of company documents, records, and correspondence.
- Prepare letters, reports, forms, and other administrative documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Assist with staff records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and general office matters.
- Support management and other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Accounts Support
- Assist with daily accounting transactions and data entry.
- Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and payment documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record and verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with payment processing.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly accounts and reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and relevant departments on billing matters.
- Support the Accounts Manager with other accounting duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration and/or accounting.
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word .
- Experience with accounting software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
