Job Title: VA Success Coach The Virtual Team Coach at WrkPod plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between offshore talent and international clients by providing dedicated performance management and cultural alignment support. You will serve as the primary advocate for a portfolio of professionals, ensuring they have the tools and professional guidance needed to excel in a distributed work environment. Qualifications/Requirements: Responsibilities: Employee Support & Engagement: Facilitate regular check-ins to monitor job satisfaction, lead new hire onboarding, and create personalized professional development plans. Performance & Coaching: Conduct targeted coaching sessions to help staff meet KPIs, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable insights to management. Culture & Conflict Resolution: Serve as a cultural liaison to align Filipino staff with global counterparts and proactively resolve virtual team conflicts. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Management, or a related field with 3+ years in team leadership, coaching, or HR (BPO or remote setting preferred). Core Competencies: Track record of managing distributed team performance across time zones, building virtual rapport, and mediating interpersonal conflicts. Technical & Language Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English skills; proficient in digital tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms. Work Schedule: Willing to work a consistent Monday–Friday shift aligned with international business hours.
