Key Responsibilities: Lead and Oversee the preparation and review of comprehensive Shop Drawings , ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, local regulations, and international standards.
Drive Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes for all architectural and civil engineering documentation, guaranteeing precision and excellence.
Develop and Manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) , providing accurate cost estimations and material specifications for various project phases.
Utilize Advanced Software such as Autodesk Revit (BIM) , AutoCAD (2D & 3D) , Sketchup , and Vray to produce detailed designs, models, and visualizations.
Coordinate Seamlessly with design teams, project managers, and on-site engineers to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project progression.
Implement Project Planning and scheduling using tools like Primavera P6 to optimize timelines and resource allocation.
Mentor and Guide junior technical office staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Conduct Thorough Design Reviews and provide expert technical input to enhance project feasibility and constructability.

Mastery of Design & Drafting Tools: Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) , Autodesk Revit (BIM) , Sketchup , and Vray is essential.
