*Job Summary*
Wray?s Guardian Pharmacy is a community based professional and service oriented pharmacy located in downtown Alliston. We are seeking an eager and experienced Pharmacy Assistant/technician to join our great team!
Previous pharmacy experience is a requirement and the successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual and team player who possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience with the Kroll Paperless Workflow and compliance packaging would be an asset. Salary commensurate with experience. Hours include primarily weekdays with Saturday rotation (one Saturday per month on average). No Sundays or Statutory holidays. *Responsibilities*
- Assist licensed pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing in accordance with medical terminology and safety protocols
- Answering the phone and attending to customers at the counter to help address patients requests.
- Manage inventory levels by receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies efficiently
- Support pharmacy technicians with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing insurance claims
- Attending to patients' requests at the counter and helping customers with positive attitude as part our our great team
*Qualifications*
- Prior experience working in a community pharmacy setting is highly preferred
- Experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role demonstrating familiarity with medical terminology and medication procedures
- Strong commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of medication administration processes and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and data entry tasks
- Certification or training related to pharmacy assistance or healthcare support is advantageous
- Knowledge in using Kroll paperless workflow is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 ? 40.0 per week
