What you will do:

As Senior Manager Influencer Marketing (Person), you will take over the content conception, planning, and implementation of campaigns and manage them from the initial idea to the final reporting. In addition, you will undertake the following tasks:

• You negotiate and maintain collaborations with selected influencers for our clients and support the influencers with the publication of content
• You inspire your colleagues as well as our clients and partners with your talent for empathizing with them and advising them at eye level
• You win exciting new clients during pitches and start their strategic consulting
• As a Senior Manager, you enjoy onboarding colleagues and supporting the team management in important matters

What distinguishes you:

• A completed degree (preferably in the fields of marketing, economics, communication sciences, media economics, or similar) or a comparable qualification
• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing – either with an advertiser or in an agency / platform
• The visualization and conception of influencer marketing campaigns comes easily to you and gives you pleasure
• Common influencer marketing tools for research, analysis, and evaluation are familiar to you
• You have already been able to gain experience in leading pitches
• You impress with very good communication skills (including English), a confident appearance, good presentation skills, and a high level of customer orientation
