Role Overview:

As an Art Director within the BEAT team, you will be responsible for visual design and art direction across the entire digital domain, playing a role in maximizing the quality of brand experience and user experience. Based on an understanding of brand strategy, business goals, and UX design, you will translate these into creatives for digital touchpoints such as Web, CRM, Paid media, and various campaigns. You will work closely with copywriters, UI/UX planners, designers, and producers to realize consistent digital creatives that lead to results.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual design and art direction for the entire digital domain: Visual concept design and art direction for all digital creatives

Formulation of design policies across campaigns: Formulation of design policies for general campaigns including Web, CRM, Paid Media, etc.

Direction and quality review for designers: Direction and review for designers

Expression design in conjunction with copy and UX: Integration of expression through collaboration with copywriters and UI/UX planners

Creative explanation and proposals to clients: Explaining design intent and presenting to clients

Desired Skills & Experience:

Practical experience in art direction within the digital domain: Experience in art direction within the digital domain (Web, CRM, Paid Media, various campaigns)

Visual design skills based on brand understanding: Practical experience in visual design and quality management based on brand guidelines

UX/UI understanding and design judgment: Basic understanding of UX/UI and design judgment that considers user behavior

Proficiency in major design tools: Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.

Teamwork and communication skills: Experience in production within a team and smooth communication skills

Ability to perform duties in Japanese and English: Ability to conduct business at a business level in both Japanese and English. Particularly regarding English, a business level is required as there is frequent communication in English with clients and offshore creative staff.

Work style emphasizing face-to-face communication: Those who can basically come to the office 3 or more days a week and communicate daily with internal members.
