Junior Producer (m/w/d) befristet auf 2 Jahre

Als Junior Producer (m/w/d) bist Du ein engagiertes Mitglied unseres Produktionsteams, das bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung vielfältiger Content-Produktionen unterstützt. Du erhältst umfassende Einblicke in den gesamten Produktionsprozess und lernst, kreative Konzepte in die Realität umzusetzen. Unter der Anleitung erfahrener Producer entwickelst Du deine Fähigkeiten in Projektmanagement, Budgetkontrolle und Partnerkommunikation kontinuierlich weiter.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung des Produktionsteams bei der Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Content-Produktionen von der Konzeption bis zur Auslieferung

Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung von Kostenvoranschlägen diverser Gewerke für die Entscheidungsfindung von Kreativagenturen

Einholen von Angeboten für diverse Produktionskosten von externen Dienstleistern

Unterstützung bei der Regie-Recherche und Abgabe von Empfehlungen

Unterstützung bei der Prüfung, Planung und Steuerung von Primaryproduktions-Projekten

Durchführung von Recherchen zu potenziellen Lieferanten, Locations, Talenten und Materialien

Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Agenden sowie Nachbereitung von Produktionsbesprechungen

Mitarbeit an der Qualitätsprüfung der gelieferten Arbeitsergebnisse (z.B. Filmschnitte, Bilder)

Unterstützung der Producer bei der Einhaltung von Timings und Prozessen in der Produktion

Kommunikation und Vermittlung zwischen Kreativagentur-Partner und Dienstleistern

Zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für interne und externe Stakeholder

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Bild und Ton oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erste Berufserfahrung auf gleicher oder vergleichbarer Position

Eine hohe Affinität für das Thema Bewegtbild und Leidenschaft für gute Werbung

Eine selbstständige, organisierte, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen

Spaß an der Arbeit im Team

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Lernbereitschaft und Lust sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
