As a SENIOR MEDIA PLANNER, you will co-create the Agency Planning team, which transforms our Clients' business goals into effective media goals. You will work for an international Client in the FMCG industry, planning campaigns covering all media and collaborating with the team in English. The team is growing dynamically and, in daily work, focuses on autonomy, partnership collaboration, and work-life balance. This is a place where you will have space for independent action, developing your competencies, and co-creating innovative solutions for the Client. On a daily basis, you will, among others:
prepare media strategies in the area of broadly understood digital, but also TV and OOH,
plan media with a leading role for digital and offline and monitor the planned budget,
be responsible for direct contact with the Client - strategy, market analysis, etc.,
coordinate the work of more junior colleagues.
What will help you at the start?
several years of experience in managing 360 campaigns,
experience in business contact with the Client,
fluent communication in English (min. B2 level),
very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

This range reflects the salary frameworks applicable throughout our entire global group, covering various Agencies and specializations. In the case of this specific role, our salary proposal will be determined within the indicated range, based on our internal guidelines and taking into account specific market conditions for our specialization. The final amount of individual remuneration depends on many factors related to the given position, including: current business needs, possessed experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
In addition to the given salary range, we offer a comprehensive package of benefits aimed at caring for the Wellbeing of our employees as well as their professional development. Depending on the Agency, differences in the scope of benefits may occur, but typical benefits include: private medical care, professional development opportunities, training programs, and flexible working conditions (where appropriate / if possible). Some Agencies may also offer additional benefits.
