1. Job Description

We are looking for a person to act as a Senior BI Analyst, responsible for transforming data into strategic insights, supporting client decision-making, and contributing to the evolution of media, performance, and analytics initiatives.

2. Responsibilities and duties

• Analyze and monitor digital media campaign results.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses focused on performance and insight generation.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Work with digital media metrics and web analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Build executive presentations with business analyses and recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting results, trends, and opportunities.
• Act in partnership with Performance, Media, and Data teams. Support automation projects and initiatives aimed at operational efficiency gains.
• Explore new technologies and AI applications for the optimization of analyses and processes.

3. Requirements and qualifications

• Previous experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related areas.
• Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital media metrics.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker Studio/Data Studio. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to transform data into business presentations and recommendations. Intermediate English, with good reading, writing, and participation in meetings.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile.
