Conexance/Choreograph, part of WPP, is a major and recognized player in Data-Driven Marketing in France. With 20 years of expertise and a team of passionate professionals, we offer unique data solutions based on the pooling of transactional data (cooperative database) and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in 2 markets: France and the United Kingdom.
Our mission is to enable our clients (e-commerce, retail, press, associations, automotive, etc.) to exploit the full potential of their data to optimize their acquisition and loyalty campaigns (acquisition targeting, Scoring, Segmentation, CRM, profiling, etc.).
Within a Technical Department composed of about fifteen people, you will evolve in a dynamic environment and benefit from the international resources and networks of the WPP group.
Role and Missions:
The Systems & Networks Administrator occupies a pivotal and cross-functional position. A key support for all company employees, your main mission is to guarantee an optimal, secure, and high-performance IT working environment. You ensure the availability, security, and evolution of IT infrastructures to allow teams to value and analyze client data with complete peace of mind.
Its main missions:
Infrastructure Administration & Maintenance
Systems and networks management: Administer, supervise, and maintain in operational condition the IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, Hyper-V virtualization or equivalent, LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN).
Backup & PRA: Guarantee the implementation and regular control of backups as well as Business Continuity Plan (PRA) procedures.
Projects & Deployments: Actively participate in the installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of new IT solutions or equipment.
User Support & Operations
Level 1 to 3 Support: Ensure the handling, diagnosis, prioritization, and rapid resolution of technical incidents reported by users.
Ticket management: Follow and document all interventions via our ERP/Ticketing tool (Odoo) as well as the management of incident tickets on the platform managed by our group (English required).
Support & Pedagogy: Train and guide employees in the daily use of their IT tools and hardware.
IT Asset Management: Ensure complete monitoring of the hardware lifecycle (inventory, orders, renewal, workstation deployment).
Information Systems Security (ISS)
Security policy: Ensure compliance with and strict application of the group's security and compliance standards.
Identity & Access Management: Manage rights and permissions via Active Directory (AD / IAM).
Infrastructure protection: Configure and maintain firewalls, network filtering, and the securing of workstations/servers (patch management, antivirus, hardening).
Risk management: Detect, analyze, and treat vulnerabilities as well as common security incidents (phishing, ransomware, etc.).
Audits: Participate in support of IT security controls and audits.
Continuous Improvement & Group Relations
Documentation: Write, structure, update, and maintain technical documentation and the knowledge base.
Proactive approach: Identify recurring malfunctions and propose sustainable solutions to optimize the infrastructure.
Technical monitoring: Stay updated on technical evolutions, both externally and internally (group), and identify those that could be adapted to the company, in coordination with the CTO.
International coordination: Regularly exchange with global IT teams (France and international) for the relay and resolution of complex incidents.
Profile Sought:
Training & Experience
Training: Minimum Bac+3 in IT (BTS SIO, DUT/BUT Informatique, Licence Professionnelle Systèmes & Réseaux).
Experience: 3 to 6 years of successful experience in a systems and network administrator position. Experience in the Data or Media universe is a plus.
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
Systems: Mastery of Windows Server and Linux environments.
Networks: Solid knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN architecture, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
Security & IAM: Active Directory, firewall administration, access management, and security policies.
Virtualization & Backup: Practice of Hyper-V (or equivalent) and backup / PRA solutions.
Tools: Ticketing/ERP tools (Odoo), monitoring and security tools.
Languages: Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level) required (ability to converse orally and in writing with the group's international IT teams).
Behavioral Skills & Personal Qualities (Soft Skills)
Autonomy & Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs, diagnose failures independently, and be proactive.
