Ideal Candidate We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Product Manager to join the Woven City Mobility Infrastructure team.

This position is at the center of efforts to provide cloud infrastructure and platform functions for various products within Woven City. We are seeking an individual with a consultant mindset who can lead modern professional teams and services to the next stage. You will broadly support expanding business use cases, such as product launches into Woven City, inventor partnerships, planning new features for platforms required by various mobility products, and formulating Go-To-Market strategies together.

This is a highly challenging role that involves onboarding mobility products across diverse specialized fields onto the Woven City common platform and driving its continuous development. While working across four or more sub-teams and more than 10 product teams, you will also collaborate with security, governance, and various assessment teams to support the expanding portfolio of functions and services in Woven City. This scale is expected to expand even further over the next year.

Responsibilities Identifying common use cases and defining requirements: Analyze commonalities among multiple products within Woven City and, in collaboration with business teams, clarify common requirements for deployment "Beyond City."

Infrastructure planning considering ROI: Work closely and engage in discussions with technical architects and lead engineers to plan optimal cloud infrastructure and develop roadmaps while balancing technical feasibility and ROI (Return on Investment).

Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business requirements (business plans, GTM, etc.) and technical requirements (architecture, resolving technical debt, etc.), leading the formation of consensus on both sides.

Standardization and Promotion: Negotiate with multiple technical teams to standardize infrastructure requirements that benefit the entire service team and drive change management toward their operationalization.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

7+ years of professional experience in product management, technical product ownership, or technical planning within cloud platform services, SaaS, or infrastructure environments. Deep technical knowledge to understand business requirements (ROI, business strategy) and engage in discussions and planning regarding infrastructure architecture on equal footing with technical architects and lead engineers.

A proven track record of defining product/platform requirements from scratch, translating high-level business visions into actionable technical roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on value and ROI.

A natural collaborator who values Win-Win outcomes, promotes productive conflict, and has the ability to mediate complex interests among stakeholders (business, development, operations) to lead them to consensus.

Clear and effective communication skills. The ability to explain complex technical ideas concisely to business layers and, conversely, the skill to appropriately translate and communicate business visions to development teams.

Business-level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications Patience in dealing with different cultures/languages and different decision-making mechanisms and logic.

Professional experience in large-scale program management (ideally in Digital Transformation, AI application, IoT, Smart City, Smart Store, etc.).

Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, along with a sense of urgency and personal drive to execute transactions effectively and efficiently.

Patience and adaptability to navigate cross-cultural environments and complex intra-corporate decision-making processes.

Business-level Japanese proficiency
