Responsibilities

  • Manage talent management processes, including talent mapping and succession planning
  • Manage performance management and employee development programs
  • Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Identify talent and development needs based on performance and potential
  • Develop training, career development, and talent retention initiatives
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports related to talent and performance
  • Partner with managers and stakeholders on talent development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, HR, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, HRBP, or HR Development
  • Strong understanding of talent mapping, succession planning, performance appraisal, and competency frameworks
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with HR reports
