Design and Development Engineer (M/F)

The Opportunity

Magellan, a leading player in B2B2C services, experts in managing strategic programs for companies and public authorities, offers an extensive range of innovative, high-value-added solutions to meet the demands of the market, our clients, and our prospects.

As part of the activities of the 'Omnichannel Interactions' pillar, you will work on a program for major international clients in the banking sector, on our multichannel contact center solution.

This solution allows for the global and unified management of all incoming and outgoing contacts across all channels used by the general public for customer relations: voice with interaction via speech recognition and/or DTMF, SMS, email, chat, social networks, and callbot.

As part of the deployment of Magellan products for our clients, we are implementing an industrialization approach. This approach is based on devops concepts and is accompanied by a strategy for deploying our products internationally.

Your daily responsibilities

You develop back-end and front-end applications for the client You are integrated into the Project team operating in Build&Run You build solutions based on a multi-technology Magellan product You must demonstrate agility to grasp new functional and technological concepts on a day-to-day basis You work in a team with the various stakeholders of a project while respecting technical constraints and deadlines You coordinate with the rest of the team to best meet development and problem-solving expectations.

• You are looking for a Fullstack developer position with no minimum experience required
• You have fundamental knowledge in Java/J2EE, JavaScript/Angular, Spring
• You are able to understand English, speak it fluently, and write documents and emails in English within a project context
• You are able to work in a team, participate in working meetings, and be proactive in making proposals
• You are motivated and passionate about solving complex technological problems
• You are sensitive to aspects of quality of service, security, performance, and optimizations
