Junior Full Stack & DevOps Developer (M/F)

The Opportunity

Magellan is a leading player in B2B2C services, an expert in managing strategic programs for companies and public authorities. We offer an extensive range of high-value-added innovative solutions, designed to meet the needs of the market, our clients, and our prospects.

Within the Omnichannel Interactions pillar, you will contribute to programs intended for large international clients, particularly in the banking sector. You will work on our multi-channel contact center solution.

This solution ensures global and unified management of incoming and outgoing contacts across all channels used by the general public in customer relations: voice, with interactions via speech recognition and/or DTMF, SMS, e-mails, chat, social networks, and callbots.

As part of the deployment of Magellan products to our clients, we implement an industrialization approach based on DevOps principles. This approach is part of an international deployment strategy for our solutions.

Your daily responsibilities

Within a project team organized in Build & Run mode, you will be required to:

• Develop back-end and front-end applications meeting our clients' needs;
• Participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of solutions based on multi-technological Magellan products;
• Gradually increase your skills in new functional and technological concepts;
• Collaborate with the various project stakeholders, while respecting technical, quality, and deadline constraints;
• Coordinate with other team members to effectively respond to development requests, incidents, and anomalies;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development, quality, security, performance, and optimization practices;
• Participate in the preparation, monitoring, and execution of application deliveries and deployments, in compliance with procedures and quality requirements;
• Contribute to maintaining the operational conditions of our solutions, notably through anomaly analysis and monitoring their resolution;
• Participate in the functional configuration of our solutions and provide first-level functional support to project teams.

These responsibilities will be exercised progressively, with team support and skill development adapted to the candidate's level of experience.

• You are looking for a junior Full Stack and DevOps developer position, open to entry-level profiles, with no minimum professional experience required;
• You have fundamental knowledge in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Angular, and Spring;
• You have an interest in Build & Run environments, DevOps practices, and application deployment and operation issues;
• You understand English and are able to practice it orally and in writing in a project context: meetings, documentation, and e-mails;
• You enjoy teamwork, know how to participate actively in meetings, and are capable of being proactive;
• You are motivated, rigorous, and passionate about solving complex technological problems;
• You are attentive to the challenges of service quality, security, performance, and optimization;
• You have an appetite for artificial intelligence
