London Generous Salary Plus Benefits As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of our centres. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their commercial, operational, and leadership skills, while delivering a great customer experience and supporting centre performance. You will work closely with the Centre Manager, deputising where required, and playing a key role in customer service, sales support, and community engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing Customer Service & Front of House Act as a key point of contact, maintaining a visible presence within the centre. Deliver excellent customer service and manage queries or complaints effectively. Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs. Sales & Commercial Support Support viewings and promote available space and services. Help drive occupancy and revenue through proactive engagement. Develop knowledge of local competitors and market activity. Community & Engagement Support a strong customer community through events and engagement. Promote the centre and customer activity internally and externally. Operations & Centre Management Deputise for the Centre Manager when required. Work with FM to maintain high standards across the centre. Support H&S compliance and customer move-in/out processes. Finance & Performance Support delivery of rent roll, occupancy, and budget targets. Assist with arrears and identifying cost efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Strong customer-facing experience with excellent relationship-building skills. Confident communication (verbal and written). Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems. Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Personal Attributes Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware. A collaborative team player with a positive approach. Confident, professional, and comfortable taking initiative. This role requires you to be on site 5 days a week. You must be authorised to work in the UK to be considered for this position.
