Production Manager (composite materials) - fluent English (M/F)

Our company specializes in the manufacturing of complex composite parts in composite materials, mainly in carbon fiber. We develop prototypes and series parts in the automotive, boating, aeronautics, medical, fundamental research, arts, sports, and leisure sectors. Reporting to the management, we are looking for a production manager, preferably a composite materials engineer, to manage and support our team in the workshop. The tasks related (non-exhaustive) to the position are as follows:

• Monitoring the successful completion of projects
• Development of production schedules
• Workshop procurement
• Technical support and assistance to the team in the workshop; mastery of the different manufacturing processes is/will be indispensable (you will need to be able to help the team with the various tasks to be performed in the workshop)
• Continuous improvement and the development of new processes
• Liaison between the workshop and the management.

Your profile:

• You possess a good mastery of composite materials
• You are capable of both managing a team and providing them with assistance
• Fluent English
• IT tools used: Solidworks , Catia
