Teamleader sought for car workshop outside Bergen, Norway

We offer car service services and the workshop is located in Kokstad, Norway. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities in our recruitment process. We are looking for the right person with the right attitude, as well as someone who has a genuine interest in working with cars.

Personal qualities: *You are social, empathetic, solution-oriented *You are a conflict resolver, and attentive to your employees *Speak one of the Nordic languages fluently, but must be able to communicate with Norwegian speakers *Fluent English skills *Orderly and clear with your staff *Good reading and writing skills in Norwegian and English *Good computer skills Your tasks include preparation, washing, polishing, quality control, transport to dealers in a closed truck, ceramic coating, interior cleaning/vacuuming, (eventually also leather maintenance/repair). As a teamleader, however, you have no personnel responsibility and currently no budget responsibility either. This may, however, change as we introduce and work according to key performance indicators and efficiency analysis. As a supervisor, you are a role model and should thus lead the employees forward.

You are responsible for final inspection and quality control of completed jobs, as well as ensuring that the schedule for booked deliveries is followed. You participate in organizing a "mentor scheme" where permanent employees become mentors to small groups of less experienced employees, with the aim that all employees should have the opportunity to be able to perform their tasks in an independent manner.
