If you who are applying have an interest in technology and electronics, it is a merit, but not a requirement. Everything you need to know to help customers in the best way, you will be able to learn at the workplace. It is, however, important that you are open to learning new things as the product range is regularly updated. It is, of course, even more important that you are passionate about providing people with good service and a great customer experience. Our client is one of the world's largest manufacturers of consumer electronics and has its headquarters in Kista, Stockholm. You will be stationed in the customer service department's Norwegian team (together with 5 colleagues) and are expected to support Norwegian customers with questions regarding the company's product range. During a 2-3 week long introduction, you will receive training in the product range, learn conversation techniques, and routines for how you shall administer customer cases - All so that You can have the good conditions to be able to provide the best customer service!

Your main tasks are to help Norwegian customers in a pleasant way via telephone, chat, and e-mail. The questions are related to the customer's entire product range regarding technical support, service, and product specifications.
