Responsibilities:

Client Prospecting:

Identify companies that are actively hiring or likely to have upcoming recruitment needs.

Research target companies, industries and hiring trends.

Identify key decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, HR Managers, Heads of HR, Talent Acquisition Managers and Operations Leaders.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Lead Generation & Outreach:

Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, phone calls and other appropriate channels.

Introduce Worklyn Global's recruitment services to prospective clients.

Develop personalised outreach based on the company's hiring needs and industry.

Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints.

Generate discovery conversations and meetings with potential clients.

Client Acquisition:

Understand prospective clients' recruitment challenges and hiring requirements.

Clearly communicate Worklyn Global's recruitment services, process and value proposition.

Identify genuine recruitment opportunities and convert qualified prospects into clients.

Negotiate and communicate commercial terms within the company's approved structure.

Obtain job vacancies and recruitment mandates from newly acquired clients.

Successfully hand over converted clients and vacancies to the recruitment team for delivery.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly acquired clients.

Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Develop opportunities for repeat business and additional recruitment requirements.

Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups and opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, recruitment sales, staffing, agency sales or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads through proactive outbound prospecting.

Strong cold-email, LinkedIn and telephone outreach skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify and engage senior business decision-makers.

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the sales process.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Strong follow-up and pipeline-management skills.

Ability to work with targets and performance expectations.

Experience selling professional services is an advantage.

Recruitment or staffing industry experience is an added advantage.
