We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Retail Assistant to be a key part of their store team. Responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales Welcome and engage customers warmly to create a memorable in-store experience

Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and styling advice

Achieve individual and store sales targets through genuine and consultative selling

Upsell and cross-sell to maximise sales opportunities

Handle customer enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally

Store Operations Maintain visual merchandising and store display standards

Handle cashiering, sales transactions, and daily reconciliation

Support stock replenishment, inventory counts, and stockroom organisation

Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness at all times

Team Support Guide and mentor junior retail assistants

Support store operations and assist supervisor when required

Requirements: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience — fashion or lifestyle retail preferred

Passionate about fashion with good knowledge of current trends

Strong customer service and communication skills

Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
