Lean Manager (M/F)

Our firm is supporting an international industrial group, a leader in its market, in the recruitment of a Lean Manager for one of its production sites.

Reporting to the Site Management, you will be a key player in industrial transformation and will drive the continuous improvement strategy in order to sustainably optimize performance in terms of Safety, Quality, Costs, Lead Times, and Environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and deploy the site's Lean roadmap
• Lead and disseminate the Lean Management approach in consistency with Group standards
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects with the Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
• Analyze industrial performance and identify optimization levers
• Structure and standardize operational best practices
• Train and support teams in the adoption of Lean tools
• Develop a culture of performance and continuous improvement
• Ensure reporting and collaborate with continuous improvement referents at the international level

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Significant experience in the deployment of Lean Management in an industrial environment
• Solid mastery of continuous improvement tools
• Leadership, field-oriented mindset, and the ability to unite teams around performance
• Fluent English in an international context
