SALES ADMINISTRATION / CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER M/F
We are looking for a Sales Administration / Customer Relations Manager M/F to manage the Sales Administration and Logistics activity and to guarantee the quality of service provided to customers.
Reporting to the Site Management, you will ensure the management of orders and contract reviews, the monitoring of medium and long-term load/capacity, as well as the steering of Sales Administration performance. You will also be the primary contact for customers and will ensure the supervision of the Sales Administration and Logistics teams.
Your main missions:
- Supervise the entry, validation, and monitoring of customer orders
- Guarantee the proper execution of contract reviews
- Validate delivery deadlines in consistency with production capacities
- Provide and analyze medium and long-term load/capacity
- Establish load projections in order to anticipate, in particular, recruitment needs
- Drive the service level and customer performance
- Guarantee the reliability of information entered into the ERP
- Ensure the invoicing of delivered orders
- Inform customers regarding product availability and delivery deadlines
- Anticipate potential delays and implement the necessary corrective actions
- Prepare customer performance reviews
- Organize and distribute the activity of the Sales Administration and Logistics teams
- Conduct individual interviews and identify training needs
- Monitor and analyze Sales Administration process indicators
- Participate in internal and external audits.
Profile sought:
You have a good knowledge of the Sales Administration process in an industrial environment as well as knowledge in Supply Chain. You master ERP integrated management software and the Pack Office. Your communication skills, your excellent interpersonal skills, your reactivity, and your ability to be proactive will allow you to succeed in this role.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required. Status: Cadre.
