Profile sought You are recognized for your sense of customer service, your rigor, and your organization. You know how to manage priorities and work in coordination with different departments in a demanding environment.
You notably possess:
- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Good mastery of an ERP and office tools, notably Excel
- Ease with customer portals and platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- A professional level of English allowing you to communicate with customers.
