Project Manager (M/F)
We are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) to lead development and industrialization projects, from their initial scoping to their closure.
Reporting to the Head of the Design Office, you will coordinate all project stakeholders and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality requirements, and customer expectations, until the transition to series production.
Your main missions:
- Receive and analyze information from contract reviews
- Form project teams
- Organize and lead internal kickoff meetings and meetings with clients
- Develop the detailed project schedule: milestones, tasks, workloads, and resources
- Perform risk analyses
- Organize and follow up on weekly and monthly meetings with clients and internal teams
- Analyze and monitor budgets allocated to projects
- Challenge various stakeholders regarding budget compliance
- Coordinate the Design Office, Methods, Production, Quality, and Purchasing teams
- Monitor project progress against the schedule
- Identify and address any deviations
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding project progress
- Organize and participate in various design, validation, and industrialization reviews
- Anticipate the transition to series production with Sales Administration, Purchasing, and Production
- Conduct project reviews
- Lead lessons learned sessions and ensure documentary capitalization, particularly regarding Process AMDEC.
Profile sought You possess technical knowledge in manufacturing and general mechanics and master project management methodologies and tools.
You are also comfortable with planning and budget monitoring tools. Your leadership allows you to lead and unite cross-functional teams. Rigorous, organized, and endowed with good analytical and synthesis skills, you are capable of managing several projects simultaneously.
A good level of technical and professional English is expected. Status: Cadre.
