Mining Workers to Greece, Tapojärvi Oy

We are now looking for mining workers for Tapojärvi in Greece for several different roles in an underground mine. In this job, you will get to develop your own expertise in an international mining environment. The work schedule is 14 days on, followed by 14 days off. Work starts according to the contract. The recruitment process is managed by Worker, and the selected individuals will be employed directly by Tapojärvi.

Jobs are available in the following roles:

MINE EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

• Construction and maintenance of mining infrastructure, such as ventilation and water management
• Construction work, such as small concrete works and installation of steel structures
• Success in the role requires previous work experience in similar tasks

MINE MACHINE OPERATOR

• Underground plastering, bolting, cabling, drilling, injection, and charging
• Success in the role requires previous experience working with mining machinery and underground mining

WHEEL LOADER AND EXCAVATOR OPERATORS

• Underground mucking, loading, and road maintenance
• Success in the role requires previous work experience in similar tasks

TRUCK DRIVER

• Transport of concrete, crane, and stone trucks underground
• C-class driving license is mandatory
• Success in the role requires previous work experience in similar tasks

• Responsibility and an uncompromising attitude toward safety
• Readiness to work in an underground mining environment
• Previous work experience in similar tasks in an underground mine and a desire to develop your own expertise
• Basic English language skills
• Readiness for shift work and traveling
• Proficiency in multiple trades is considered an advantage
