Team Leader, Substation and Industrial Services

We are now looking for a Team Leader for substation and industrial services for Elvera to be responsible for the operational management of substation maintenance, fault repair, operation, and construction. In this role, you will ensure high service quality and lead the installation team in your region.
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the safety, efficiency, and achievement of goals within your area of responsibility. The focus of the task is leading maintenance services for substations and the electricity distribution network, as well as the comprehensive management of service agreements with network companies and industry. You will organize maintenance, fault repair, and operational tasks, ensure resource planning, and act as a vital link between customers, personnel, and various stakeholders. You will also be responsible for customer cooperation, negotiations, quotation calculations, and the continuous development of operations in a cost-effective and customer-oriented manner.
Your workplace can be located in the Kymenlaakso or Uusimaa region. The job offers the possibility of flexible remote work, but the position also requires traveling across Finland. The position is permanent and full-time. The selected employee will be employed directly by Elvera.
You are a good fit for this job if you possess:
S1 qualification Education as an electrical engineer At least 3–6 years of experience in electricity distribution maintenance tasks, including at least 2 years of experience in the 6-110 kV voltage range Experience in the maintenance and operation of substations, switchgear, and transformers; construction experience is considered an advantage Experience in organizing work and managing large service agreements Good oral and written English language skills A customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills Readiness to travel according to the requirements of the job
