We are seeking a gas technician for our client in Kouvola for a permanent and long-term employment relationship. The position offers the opportunity to work with the maintenance, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance of biogas plants and gas refueling stations as part of a professional team.
As a gas technician, you will work mainly at our customers' biogas and gas refueling station sites in the southern region of Finland. Your workday begins either at the Kouvola office or directly at the worksite, where you review the status of the sites through systems and plan the day's tasks. The work includes troubleshooting, repair work, maintenance, and preventive maintenance. The work is strongly practical field work, where overalls are put on and repair measures are carried out on-site at the customer's location.
In addition to the performing work, you will participate in customer meetings, present status information of the sites, and participate in the preparation of solution proposals. You will also cooperate with international equipment suppliers, which is why English language skills are required for the position.
The job is a salaried employee level position, where you get to work independently and take responsibility for your own sites. The work includes on-call duties, so your place of residence should be located approximately one hour away from Kouvola. Working hours are 37.5 h/week according to a salaried employee agreement. The work has flexible and sliding working hours. The work includes occasional travel. Possible business trips are usually a maximum of one week long and typically occur about once or twice every few months.

Previous experience in the gas industry
Education in the electrical and automation field or other similar technical educational background

Ability to participate in the on-call rotation
B driving license and readiness to travel in work duties within the Southern Finland area
