Requirements:

Activities:

  • Supervise production processes in maize nurseries, field mapping, sowing, plot identification, harvesting, data collection, and management through computer systems.
  • Manage resources to carry out nursery sowing, pollination, and harvesting, ensuring quality and compliance with the objective of timely seed delivery.
  • Generate and share KPIs, reports on nursery progress, personnel attendance, and highlights daily and weekly as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop detailed experimental protocols.
  • Supervise and train contractors, as well as temporary employees, in standard operating procedures and proper tool use.
  • Participate in inspections, as well as safety training, comply with company policies, code of conduct, and standard operating procedures.
  • Comply with work instructions and participate in internal audits.
  • Establish strong relationships, implement strategies, and travel up to 15% of the time to nurseries located in Jalisco, Celaya, Gto., and Nayarit.
