Work with York Ltd are recruiting an experienced Housing Management Officer for a prestigious client based in York City Centre.

This is a full time, temporary role for 3 months with hybrid opportunities. A competitive rate of pay is available.

You must have worked effectively with tenants, their families and the wider community, using a proactive approach to resolve problems such as the following:

• Tenancy breaches
• Rent arrears
• Nuisance and antisocial behaviour

As housing management officer, you will need to be a confident communicator, who can deal with difficult situations calmly, either alone or with other services as needed. In return, we can offer a competitive rate of pay, as well as pension scheme access.
