Your tasks
Responsibilities:IT Support & Infrastructure
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, internet connectivity, email, software, and office equipment.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain computer systems, applications, and IT equipment.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Website & Digital Platform Support
- Monitor the functionality and performance of the company's website and digital platforms
- Identify, document, and escalate website errors, booking issues, broken links, and other technical problems.
- Coordinate with external developers and service providers on website maintenance, upgrades, and integrations.
- Test booking features, including one-way, return, and multi-city flight searches, where applicable.
IT Security & Data Management
- Implement basic IT security measures, including antivirus updates, access controls, password management, and data protection procedures.
- Support regular data backups and assist with data recovery when required.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain records of IT issues, repairs, system updates, and maintenance activities.
Prepare periodic IT performance, maintenance, and incident reports. Guide staff on the proper use of IT equipment, software, and company systems
Requirements
- OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience in IT support, system maintenance, networking, or technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 or equivalent office tools, printers, and network troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of website management, hosting, domain management, and cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of website testing, APIs, booking systems, or travel technology integrations is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise technical issues and work with minimal supervision.
